Nail growth..

Since going natural have your nails grown longer than ever before?

My nails have never been long since I had a bad habit of biting them, also once it gets to a certain length it usually breaks those are the times when I decide not to bite my nails for a while. I have been using coconut oil for 4 months now and my nails grow long and fast and strong.

Yes! The more I have used coconut or jojoba oil the longer and stronger my nails grow. I had to file them down last night because I couldn't type at work yesterday.

My nails have always grown well, but I have noticed that they do not break as easily. They've been really long now for weeks and usually by this time one of them will have broken.

Me too! My nails have started to grow more and they're so much stronger. They used to be really soft and would break all the time. I find myself clipping them much more regularly because of the growth.

Mine have always been pretty strong and I had to keep them low because I play an instrument but I have noticed them growing faster especially since I've been taking flax seed tablets as a growth aid for my hair and it also affects my nails

I know what you mean. My hands are in some kind of oil almost daily. I have noticed them being stronger, longer, and healthy looking. With that being said I've been polishing them like it's nobodys business using colors I would never dare use before and I'm loving it.

So what are you guys doing that's making your nails stronger?

I take multivitamins, and i also eat a lot healthier , so I noticed my nubs( my stubby short nails) grow so fast!

I've always had very long and strong nails but I've also been natural pretty much all my life besides a few slips.. So I never considered it having to do with me being natural
