I BC'ed

So I was going to BC Wednesday but then realized that I had a lot to do on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (in terms of errands) and I decided hey why not BC today. So I did. These are a few pics of my hair at 7.5 months transition. I was going to go for a full year, then decided on two years but once I saw my new growth itching to be free, I said Today is THE day. I loveeeeeee it. Now to deep condition my hair

My mom was indifferent. lol I think now she knows I was serious about it haha. My dad doesn't really care , as long as I take care of my hair. My sisters liked it lol, especially my youngest sister. LOL I guess I am one of those crazy people haha

yea my mama was the same she never took me serious about going natural till i chopped it

and my sister loved it too..i inspired her to go natural!! but she wants to wait another year before she starts transitioning that made my day!!

Thank you, thank you so much !! I couldn't agree more. As I was cutting, I was expecting it to be a LOT less - I actually kept saturating it in conditioner just to make sure I didn't miss anything lol
