Difficult to say. There're mixed reviews on it. Some love it. Some hate it. Some say it should be diluted. Some use it straight. Some think it's too harsh on the hair. Some, nevertheless, have excellent results while using it. I used it when I first went natural. I stopped using it after I realized it was leaving a film on my hair. scratch

I can't use this soap-

so drying to my hair

(this was when I was relaxed).

I use baking soda washes instead.
