Question about Jamila Henna - Page 2 Empty DC after Henna

Post by MelMelBee 2nd August 2010, 11:15 pm

Hi Sistahs

I want to do my first henna real soon. However, I have a question about which DC I should use following the henna application. My hair is very porous and fine. Right now I have it coiled and styled (my stylist is amazing). I've been using Phyto products and their DC has protein in it. From what I've heard, extra protein following henna can be a disaster. What are some DC's without protein? Should I make my own DC? If so any suggestions on ingredients, so that I wont get attacked by bees or flies Smile
