BC on July 3

Hi all! I am chopping off my hair on July 3. I haven't had a perm in 3 months so I have a fair amount of new growth. I'm lost on what to do after I cut my perm out. Should I style it right away? Also, should I get someone else to cut my perm or could I do it myself? Please help!!!

I bc'd almost a month ago. I haven't had a chance to get my hands on that many accessories yet so I've been wearing a fro, twists and twistouts. Just have fun and try new things.

My mom cut my hair b/c I was too scared to put scissors anywhere near my head. Do what you're the most comfortable with.

thanks so much! I am also scared that I may not cut out all my perm so I'll my aunt cut mine.

I BC'd after 3 mths. My husband took me to his barber and I snipped the leftover ends that he missed myself(he didn't want to cut too much off). At that point I just put a little ECO styler gel in and rocked a w-n-g.
