I havent used it yet. I am gonna follow the directions first and see how it works before I try it with heat.

I've used it and always had really good results. It makes the hair very soft and smooth. I usually use it as directed, but sometimes I'll add some to my DC.

Nothing yet. At the end of May I bought some Herbal Essences Hello Hydration and Ren Pure Organic Shampoo. LOVE the HEHH and still checking out the Ren Pure. Not sure about co-washing. My hair itched a lot afterward.

Wow, I've been good this month. But the month just started, so if I follow this pattern, I'm doomed lol. It's a good thing I make sure that I buy affordable things and usually just swap/sell them if they don't work (I almost never trash a product), or my wallet would forever be empty.

Oh, I'm also planning on buying regular/clear castor oil and using it to twist my hair. I've discovered that most gels leave my hair hard for days, even though I moisturize daily, and I think that's what's been making my hair so constantly, hopelessly hard lately.
