When should I cut my hair? Before or after swimming?

I have to do swimming for PE and i have bleached hair luckily i
bleached it 2-3 months ago so it won't be as damaging as if i did it
yesterday. So should i cut my hair now before I go swimming and again 4
weeks later or just wait until the four weeks of swimmig are over?
Swiming officially starts tomorrow and I cut my hair myself so now
worries on when to cut my hair... And in case you care I don't dye my
hair myself. I go to a salon... AND I do have a hair care routine, i do
know that swimming could give my hair a green tint....

some bleached hair can turn green when chlorine is absorbed. to stop
this try rinsing your hair with warm water and conditioning before you
get in the pool this way your hair won't absorb as much chlorinated
water.
remember your hair is like a sponge you choose what it absorbs.
