So I didn't wait...I cowashed my hair tonight and used the olive and honey balm. It actually looks like honey and felt warm as I rubbed it between my hands. I threw my hair in some flat twists so I'm anxious to see how it feels in the morning. Of course I'll be doing a full review after I can determine how my hair likes it and all that good stuff.

AL - just like a kid. LOL. I hope you just used a little because the Qhemet's products are highly concentrated. I'll be looking for your review - good luck.

@TMS, I'll have to check out your journal since you are a TWA and washngoer. I am as well and want to find the right combo for the Qhemet. I like heavier products and I'm doing the 30day product challenge. I think Qhemet is going to the stuff that works the best for my hair.

@Dva - My hair does not like the lightweight products like hair milks or oils. Although I'm still testing other products, I think Qhemet will be my staple product for moisturizing. I'm still on the hunt for something that will define my curls and not make them hard. I did purchase the Qhemet gel which is supposed to give a soft hold to curls.

I'm also discovering that at this point protein is not my friend. It really dries my hair out.

BTW - You have great curl definition.

My products came last Friday. So it took a week. Not bad.

Mine also arrived a week after ordering. Like some others, I ordered within the first 5 mins. Actually, told work I'd be in late that day and sat there with my coffee and oatmeal waiting for 10am. lol.

Tell me why did i miss out on the sale May 7th because i was at work and totally forgot, and then tell me why i tried making up for it by buying it at mariposaimports and spending almost 100 dollars for the heavy cream, mist and the gel?
