Afro Detangler - Crown & Glory

Anyways, my friend gave me some Afro Detangler some months ago and I admit that I wasn't impressed. I think it made my hair feel rough and my hair is extremely soft and a product has to be bad to make my hair feel rough. lol

But, I am thinking about trying it and the Crown and Glory technique. Before I embark on the gi-nourmous gallon of product, I wanted to see what you ladies thought of it for hair growth and detangling properties - especially if you have soft and/or 4A hair.

And - the woman's website is a mess. Can someone outline the Crown and Glory technique for me?
