I would like to try cocconut oil,but I dont know which brand to buy.I saw the spectrum brand at the grocery store is this one okay?

I've heard great things about that brand, but I buy mine at a natural organic grocer that sells it in bulk. if you have that type of store in your area, check it out because its great quality and you can get it for really cheap! 8oz cost me $1.50 a couple weeks ago!
