Need style suggestions for shorter hair on top.

I semi-BC'd my hair. I only cut the top of my hair because the ends were so straight (heat damage) and the back is super coiled & I wanted the 2 textures to match. The back of my hair is long and the top is short...I have a curly mullet YIKES! I know the best solution is to cut it all even but I just can't bring myself to doing it.

Right now I'm currently wearing my hair bobby pinned up on top in a small pompador with a skinny head band which is cute but I'm doing it EVERYDAY!

Help me out with some style suggestions until the top grows out.

I would suggest a twistout or braid out....or doing some cute french braids if its long enough...or do a cute little braid in the front and wear a tam on the back

My natural hair is growing like a mullett. Check out my avatar. My hair is much longer in the back than on top, but I was able to do a conservative fro-hawk. Just pin or gel back the sides and fluff or gently pick the top. I also wear alot of puffs. Yout can do variations on the frohawk with flat twists on the sides. I also do a puff sitting right on top of my head or sometimes I pull it back a little bit to give it a different look. You can add hair accessories too.

Sometimes you can get an even look if you apply more water where you need the hair to "shrink" My back will shrink like this when I do a wash n go which makes it look even.

I too have that issue....my staples are roller sets and what I do is roll the front looser than I do the back ....this way the front curls are elongated....I also do ur trick with the pomp.
