Two curly texture getting to you?

The front half of my hair is so soft, comb-able, and very moisturizing. The bottom half curls are tight, and the opposite of my front half. What trouble I go through for love lol. And on top of that I have split ends to near scalp on both sides of my head and no one experienced enough to analyze me. I'll post up pictures soon enough!

Hair for the day twist out. I had them in for 4 days I believe and they have been holding up very good compare to last time. Practice does make perfect!

Whats you biggest hair complication?

I have a very loose curl pattern in the front of my head and ever so lovely curls on the rest of my head. I didn't want to cut a bang because for years growing up I had a bang. Once my hair grew out I vowed to never cut another bang but lately the urge has become so strong.

Yeah, what is up with the two-textures? When checking my new growth (because I can't seem to keep my fingers out of my hair ) I noticed that the curls in the back of my hair are much softer in texture than the curls up front -- and actually much softer than my permed hair too!
Thought it was just me. Can't wait till I'm 100% natural so that I can see what I'm really working with

yup! my curls right above my ears & at the nape of my neck are tighter & softer! Then in the middle & at the crown they are looser, but get dried out much quicker. My hair also is the longest & grows the fastest here. Its actually kind of like having a natural mohawk when u look @ it from the side.

My curls in the front and crown are wavy and soft but my sides and back are tight corksrews with coarser texture and seem to dry out quickly. The back of my hair absorbs moisture like no bodys business...lol. So I just make sure to give that area of my hair extra conditioning products no matter what I use. And handle it like silk because it breaks easily.
