Alright, So originally I just used my first name Kattya as my screen name( Since I think it's unique and not many people have it) Then my husband was walking by one day and was all up in my screen and asked, "Why do you have just your real name on there and not a "creative" name like everybody else. Kreyol: I was born in Haiti where we speak Haitian Creole. We spell it Kreyol as opposed to Creole.
Katt: As mentioned above, my first name is Kattya.

You ladies have some very creative names! Mine is pretty basic. My first name is LaToya. I started adding the 28 when I joined LHCF because I was 28 at the time, so now I just stick with LaToya28 for anything hair related. One day I'll come up with something more creative.

I'm a makeup artist for MAC and I'm sassy (well I try to be, lol) so MakeupVixen sounds great for me. I love makeup, not just MAC, I love creating new looks. I love special effects in movies too.

LOL, my name is not Lily. But I love lilies, its my favorite flower. I came up with it years ago when I was in middle school and going into AOL chat rooms (throwback). I didn't want anyone to know my real screenname at the time, which is a lot closer to my actual name.

curls because my hair is curly, coily, kinky etc.,
unfurled means to release from a furled state (looked up furled in the dictionary and discovered it means curled or folded.) It was an attempt to announce my hair's return to it's natural state or "releasing my curls" in a cutesy way and it rhymes.

Mine is not orginal but it follows tradition in the fam.

My grandma middle name had 'Mai' in it. {Lillia-Mai}

My mother nickname was a combination of her first name and 'Mai' {Connie-Mai}

So they gave me the nickname of Ms.Mai
