Anita Grant
I'm P.O. right now. So I ordered a few samples from Anita Grant and received them the beginning of the month. Noticed that not all items were present, so I sent an email. The reply asked for the shipping amount. I stated that I was charged 5.99, but the packaged showed 4.59 and proceeded to list the missing items, which totaled 7.40 (british pounds).
They are telling me that the package must have been tampered with it (how do they know?) and since it was uninsured, I will not be compensated. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] WTF!!! The package showed no signs of tampering. They were only samples, but I paid for something yet to be received. And I did not have a choice with the package going out insured because of the small weight. Last time I will order from them.
Has anyone else had any problems with them?

Forgot to mention that the tampering happend in the US. Like they are incapable of mail tampering over there!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Why do I have to lie about a sample? I would understand it better if it was full-size. Maybe that's their argument as well.

I agree...regardless of whether it was full sized or sample sizes you should get what you pay for. Making a mental note of this

Hi Labon10
Interesting....I was going to order from them this week. I was concerned about ordering product international. After reading about your problem I think I will stick to products I can order and are shipped within the US of A..smile Sorry about your bad experience....
