Hair regime
AS i get closer to my BC date in April when it will be 14 months on transition i have to say that i'm very exited and also very terrified because i want to do everything right and start a great regiment for the rest of my journey towards healthy hair i think i know enough a good regiment to follow after my BC but i might not be so i need your help here is what i came up with
WASh /detangle /deep condition /leave in hair weekly
Moisturize and seal every 3 days (at least)
Spritz hair with plain water in winter and water and glycerin in summer daily
Protective styles for 5 days at a time
IDk if this is an okay regiment or how i should be putting one together i have 4a/4b hair at least i think what are your regiment and what would you recommend ?
Thanks

Re: Hair regime
Sounds like you got a good reggie down....that's pretty much what I do, but my spritz contains water/kckt/evoo. During the summer I use Oyin Juices and Berries.

Re: Hair regime
yep sounds pretty darn good...except I have to have a heavier daily moisturizer cause water alone does me no justice...
