was this description even warranted??? i only wish she would be ballsy enough to say this on camara than rather write it.

Exactly! What was the reason for the description? If it's squashed, then squash it and move on. Why does it bother you if someone dislikes your video? No one needs to read an explanation about your petty beef with other subscribers. Just post your video and keep it moving. If you choose to disable comments, ratings, etc., then do so without the harsh, condescending tone.

I started getting turned off with her tone in the last six months. She just has an arrogance about her now. There's a fine line between confidence and conceit. She really needs more humbleness and find a way to respond to opposition without being so personal.

I used to love and was addicted to watching her videos. Then once those outbursts started happening I had to unsubscribe. It does not matter how good you think you are - I can't support foolishness and rudeness. It's YouTube and there are still ppl out there that have NEVER heard of this chick so it would benefit her to ton it down a lot if she wants to really do big things with her future endeavors. She is a hustler, I'll give her that - she is showing ppl how to use common sense (not necessarily research). Her regimen is simple and I believe almost every can achieve length with proper care and maintenance.

What you said she is saying in the description box is the exact opposite of what she is saying. She is tired of her subscribers telling her that people who dislike are HATERS or HATING on her video. I always look at comments on different videos and so many people feel the need to comment on it and she is telling them dont focus on the negative I just want to be happy I reached my goal. And she is not the only youtuber I heard telling their subscribers to not comment on the dislikes. Plenty flat out said in their video "you are letting them win by even giving them attention stop." I dont think that is bitchy at all it isn't fair to her to have people pay more attention to them than her when she is the one making the videos for the public.

Let me start by saying that I love her videos. It is just really unfortunate that people are picking on her for something as silly as advertising her new site on her videos or her voice. This reminds me of highschool. When one girl hates another she gets everyone to rally behind her and hate that girl too. So eventually everyone hates one girl and no one can say why exactly they can not stand her.

Granted she probably should have just let sleeping dogs lie however she is human and even her response was classy. There was no cursing head and eye rolling insulting etc. She simply stated her case and said that she was not pleased. As for the description let's face it ladies we all have our breaking points. She is probably just fed up and you would be too if you had hundreds of people from all around the world saying hurtful things about you that you felt you did not deserve. She is really resiliant to keep it up and launch her site and all regardless.

It is easy for us here on the outside to say that she handled it badly however if we were in the same situation we probably would have cussed a b!tch out. Lol

I honestly did not think she was like that. Well we live and we learn. All sympathy from me is gone because even I know at my age that this is wrong. Does she not understand that her face is being attached to those comments. All it takes is for someone vindictive to send this to her company and game over. I also agree Nali and Dajewel she need to understand how to be a business woman above all because not everyone will like what you sell or have to say all the time.

She attacks some people who leave comments on the comments page of the video and a lot of times its on someone else's page. If people leave comments she does not agree with she has been known to be rude and pop off at the mouth. Also in her videos in general her attitude appears rude when people ask her questions. She always says shes so busy and her business comes first but she always makes time to make rude comments to people.

I feel this way: If she is so busy that it causes her to become easily frustrated and results in her being rude, then maybe she should consider dropping one or the other. Her viewers/customers are the number 1 reason for her success. If no one watched and no one supported Luv Naturals then she would be a failure.

Just my opinion. Kimmay is a jerk. She gets paid to make those videos and that makes her arrogant. It come out when she writes in the description box. I watched alot of her videos during the superbowl and I dont think I will be returning to her channel. The final straw was the "reveal" of her blowdried hair. In the description she said something like " I get paid to do this so if you have a problem watching a black girl play in her hair, exit stage left". Her hair is beautiful but she seems stuck up. I will continue to watch KinkyCurlyQueen and wait on HairCrush to make more video.

I haven't like Kimmay since the whole AE and Taren916 incident, her videos are informative, but so are many other people on youtube.

Wow after reading all of this I had no idea she was so rude to her customers and youtube followers. All I know about her attitude is what she said to Taren916 which I thought was a bit childish towards the girl about her own personal opinion about another yt'er's video.

I like her videos because she knows alot about hair but keep on getting at her girls. I can care less. She's not a friend of mine. lol

Irregardless of her bad ways I love the act that I witnessed her hair grow before my very eyes. Also her hair is like mine (little corkscrews) so I had inspiration. However, like many of you have poited out we can not allow someone to feel that what they are doing is right or allow then to make money off of our poor heads whilst offending us.

So to replace her who should I be stalking instead?
