ACV rinse. Empty ACV rinse.

How often should I do a ACV rinse? What are the steps? Shampoo, condition, AVC?? or should it be done another way. Do you use it as a leave in or rinse it off. Can you style with normal products after the rinse?

What is the mixture measurement?.

It varies with everyone on how often they can do an ACV rinse. I do one once every two weeks. It should be 1 tbsp to every cup of water. The steps you listed are correct. I also do mine as a final step and do not rinse it out. Don't worry the smell does not linger. Also you can use your normal products after using this. HTH
