no curls

Hello all! My latest problem with my hair is that in the front it is wavy instead of curly so I wear it in a puff more than anything. I wear head bands religiously! I can't get it to curl and so I can't wear it to the front like everyone else. What should I do??

Fake it till you make it girl! I do not have curls either so I will fake some by either using braidouts or twistouts.

You are definitely not alone. Some of my hair in front actually looks straight. I try to cornrow or flat twist it back to meet the curls.

Yup I have the same problem. It's just this tuff in the front that won't curl. I either pull back the sides and let the front stand up in a fro or i'll pin back the front so its not as noticable. My advise is learn to love it. Curl envy is bad but its worse when the curls are on your own head. lol HHJ

my hair by my ears will no curl for nothing!! They grow out straight which looks very weird so i gel them down and blend them with my babyhairs..hopefully when my hair grows out more they will blend better
