Straight Fly-A-Way hairs

Hello,

I rarely use heat on my hair. Heat touches my hair maybe once every 4-5 months. I seem to have these strange, random, and semi straight pieces of hair. They are only noticeble if I do a Wash-N-GO and keep it in for a few days. Sometimes I see them and sometimes I don't. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

I also have random straight pieces of hair. The crown of my head is mostly straight and kind of does its on thing.
