 "natural products" Empty "natural products"

We often say that we use "all natural products"....
Does that even exist? I feel like no "packaged" product should be called "natural" since they must have some kind of preservative...
To me, an all natural product would be something that you mix in your kitchen (keeping in mind that it'll go bad after a short period of time)...
I'm personally too lazy to be mixing stuff but i have a problem with people using the "natural" term in vain...lol...
I'd like to hear your take on this...

I mix my own shea butter and I've made my own hair gel (still experiementing with that). To me a product is natural if I can read and understand all of the ingridients in the product. Acutally I don't think in terms of natural or not. I like to use organic products in my hair. But what I've noticed that not everything that says that it's organic isn't as "natural" or organic as they seem. It really boils down to the ingridients.
