Fashion Hair scarves!?? =)
Does anyone know any good stores or online sites that sell really good fashion hair scarves that i can wrap my hair in to go out in public with? My town is really small so I dont have alot of options when it comes to shopping for hair things.

Try a fabric store. I am going to go to one today.

CiaE,
I second CrissyQ's suggestion. I have such a big head in addition to lots of thick hair, that when I was younger and wrapping my hair a lot I stopped trying to cram them into store-bought things in order to preserve my self esteem. HAHA! But seriously, making it yourself it easier than buying for achieving your exact vision as well as ensuring that you have something unique.
If your local fabric store doesn't have any fabric you like, there are great fabric offerings online, such as Joann's (http://www.joann.com/joann/home/home.jsp), Repro Depot (http://www.reprodepot.com/) for American, Japanese, and retro vintage prints, etc., Dupsie's (http://dupsies.com/) for various African prints and fabrics, and so forth. You can also search for silk fabric and scarves - Google churned out hundreds of options for that and perhaps you can find something somewhat local to you.
You can search online for different tying ideas by searching for 'hair scarves' 'head wraps', etc., with 'how to tie...' 'how to wrap...' etc. For example, here's a site that came up when I searched for how to wrap hair Erykah Badu-style: http://www.dreadspullen.nl/tutorials/dreadwrap-tut-2.php
I also recommend Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/) for supporting small artists (you can search for scarves, head wraps, fabric, hair products, etc.), and you can also get some good ideas for your own unique creations.
Have fun, and please post some pics!
