Does adding olive oil to clear eco styler gel create a similar effect as compared to Olive oil eco style gel?

I do not see why not. I know that I make the Eco Custard by adding 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp aloe vera gel to 1 cup Eco and it makes a great custard. I like it better than the Eco Olive Oil and Eco by itself.
