Trey Songz @ BET AWARDS

I know alot of ladies out there are really feeling this brotha but his performance to me sucked. And he almost destroyed Prince's Purple Rain. What? This brotha shoulda spent a lil more time at rehearsal. lol Seriously, yall don't get mad i'm just keeping it real.

Yeah, I agree. His performance was TERRIBLE. I was in the kitchen and had to go to the livingroom to see who was jackin the song up! lol

I'm gonna have to agree. I could feel Prince cringing inside during that performance.

im a big trey songz fan & i will defend him til the end but his performance was ok until he started singing purple rain..him trying to hit the high notes& sounding like a cat in heat [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] i was so over it...by the look on prince's face im sure he was over it also lol

I think Trey Songz is overrated. Yea he's cute but his voice just doesn't do it for me anymore. I think voice classes are well overdue. He sings too freakin hard.

It's funny because I actually liked him during his mixtape days when he would cover others songs. He has gotten so cocky and doesn't seem as humble as he once was.

Yeah, Trey's performance was not too hot! LMAO! And Prince clearly didn't think so either by his facial expression...that was hilarious! I mean, I like Trey Songz but sometimes when he sings, his voice always seem to be very shaky! And OMG, did you guys see his mom? She seems very young!

Did you see Prince's face when Alicia Keys crawled up on the piano? LOL. I thought she was gonna have that baby up there!

I was wondering why he didn't perform as well. Haven't all past honorees performed on past shows?
