Crazy Growth!!

Hey ladies I was scrolling through my phone and looking at photos. I was shocked to notice how much my hair has grown in a 6 month period. Of course others have told me that my hair is growing but I guess I never notice it because I see it every day. Just wanted to share the pics that floored me. The first pic is from January, last two taken this week. Hey Ladies, Thanks for all the compliments. I was kind of surprised myself! When relaxed my hair would not grow beyond a certain length and ts beyond that length right now. I really have no magic growth formula other than I don't use shampoos anymore, wash my hair weekly for the most part. Co wash the first time with HE, *wash* then use YTCarrots with a little Giovonni's SAS (luv that stuff! Add it to just about all my conditioners). After washing I always put on a leave in, something creamy, then oil. Oh yea and my hair never sees a comb or brush between washing.

ive never tried the yes to carrots, im willing to try it though.

@ Lena try the yes to cucumbers instead of the carrots, more moisture better for color treated hair.It makes your hair really soft and moisturized.

What do you use to clarify?

@ Lynnie, oddly enough I'd don't clarify to often. I have a travel size bottle of Castile soap that I've been using for about the last 3 months. I've also done the ACV rinse before. If I had to clarify I would Shay I actually "wash" not co-wash my hair once every 1 1/2 months.

Hey YaYa you hair growth is amazing, I too have actually experienced major growth since Feb. And coincidentally I practice the same method as you for the most part. I stopped using shampoo, my hair barley see a comb or a brush, mostly I use my finger in the shower to detangle once a week, but I use a comb very rarely, and I clarify on rare occasions, I just dc every week, and co wash consitantly
