hello guys! ummmmmmmm..... i wanna be mad that my previous posts r just.... gone.... but.... i'll get over it. i hope u all are well.... so, someone suggested i check out the thrift store to find me some scarves.... i do not remember who... i had planned to cheat by looking back at the previous post, but, alas, they r not here. so.... whoever made the suggestion... thank u sooooo much! i went to the local thrift store today and got 6 scarves for $5.50! awesome! so (whoever u are.... my memory sucks!) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Here is a picture of them...

for those of u that have been reading my posts, u know i have my hair in twists, and tomorrow, i will take them out and rock a twist out on saturday and sunday... on sunday night, i will retwist and start all over again!

so.... i started taking my twists out (let that good ole' BOREDOM get to me!), and they do NOT look good! i usually use Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in.... but i ran out! and when i went to walmart to get some, they were all out! i used a substitute, but they didnt come out at all like i wanted them to... oh, well.... im working at this very moment to figure out how to make videos.... if i can figure it out, im gonna try to creat a style on my twa.... i will post pictures if i come up with something worth showing! wish me luck!

hey guys! i hope everyone had an awesome weekend.... mine was most definitely that. i did my hair in a "style" this weekend, but i fell asleep without putting my bonnet on, and the next day it was whacked, so i had to take it aloose.... i did take pictures tho!

i know, i look a little crazy.... lol but focus on the hair, ppl! i flat twisted the front, and did individual two strand twist all over the rest of my hair... i left them in overnight, and in the morning, i took them aloose for a twist out....


too bad it only lasted a day! oh yeah, also notice im wearing one of my new scarves! i got so many compliments on it.... if they only knew how much i paid for it!

One other thing that i wanted to share with u guys.... I read something CurlyNikki had posted asking for more TWA tutorials... now, I knew absolutely NOTHING about making a video, let alone a tutorial! but i tried... lol i dont know if its anything i would feel is post-worthy on curlynikki.com, but uhhhh.... anyway, if u want to watch it, to either see what i mean, or to be entertained, go here NATURAL HAIR: Mini-puff on a TWA

I love those earrings! I was in Claire's this weekend and I brought a pair very similar to those in blue/green. I decided to get them because they are small enough. I completely admire you ability to make something like that, I love it!

on a lighter note, i made another youtube video! well, two actually! its actually a 3-part video... parts 1 and 2 are already complete... i did them last night. part 3 will be the next day results video that i will complete as soon as i.... yeah. im kinda still lying down. but its coming soon! so pls watch them and rate/comment if u can! i will post the links at the end of this post. ***blushes*** thanks guys! i probably wont post a picture today... since my hair is the same as it was yesterday... i'm about to get up and go walking.... i had started walking before, and eating differently, but my break up from Nov 2 just turned my whole world upside down, i suppose.... i havent been walking since then, and ive eaten a million things I shouldnt have. but it all stops TODAY! someone on the health and fitness thread gave a good site, www.sparkpeople.com, that helps keep track of your caloric intake, as well as ur exercise. this is a good tool b/c it kinda keeps u accountable... we will see if it works.... hey, did u guys go watch my videos and tell me what u thought of them? if u get some time today, please do so. i would really appreciate it!

hello to all my fellow curlies! i hope everyone had an awesome day! im at my mom's through the holiday, but i still have internet thru my bb, so i can stay in touch.... i didnt take any pics of my hair today either, but i think i will b4 the day is out... to show u what my 3rd day hair looks like.... its still working for me, although i know that by the weekend, i will probably have to do something else to it... i wish it would last me until sunday, which is usually my hair day, but if not, it'll be okay... there's nothing to do out here anyway... where my mom lives is very rural! very very rural.... the "CoUnTrY" is what it is affectionately (for lack of a better word) called... hopefully i can get that picture downloaded... until then, PeAce, LoVe, and nApPiNesS!

TGIF! I hope everyone had a good week... I, personally, am always glad to see the weekend come... This weekend, I will be working diligently on my mom's house... My special friend and I will be painting all day tomorrow! It will be a lot of work, but him being there will make it seem like a piece of cake... Blissful painting.... Probably only exists in that form in my mind! I said I would post a pic of my 3rd day hair yesterday.... And now its 4th day hair, which is a 1st for a twist out on my hair! It doesn't look too bad, but I will definitely be washing it either tonight or tomorrow night after we r done painting... I couldn't post the pic cuz my internet connection is kinda wacky at the moment... I am making today's post from my Blackberry!
