I live in Baltimore, and Na'Klectic on East 25th and St. Paul is pretty good. I went there when to get twists (I was planning on transitioning and ended up with a BC), and they're pretty good. They're rated one of the best natural salons in Baltimore. Just make sure your hair is already natural because they don't really do relaxed hair. Here's their website: www.naklecticnaturalhair.com.
