My sister has big ole breastes and wanted to breast feed. I had to help her get her nip in the baby's mouth...without smothering the child to death! LMAO Yeah, sister love at it's best!
So, small boobs are a blessing in this case! ;-)
My sister in law has the same problem. (she just had baby #2 and #3...yes twins, a boy and a girl...3 weeks old tomorrow) She had to prop her breast up with a pillow and make sure her nip is not covering their little noses. LOL!!
I swear mine were like that this last time...I pulled it out, to feed the baby and my husband was like WHOA!! I swear I scared him!!! He calls them my porn boobs...lol

Re: CurlyNikki
Nikki, I am truly grateful, thank you! I never knew the impact the B-n-B Challenge would have on my life. No really, I started the challenge because I wanted to figure out my hair and what worked for it. I left the challenge more confident, inspired and impressed by all the lovely ladies who visit the forum no matter how often.
I have learned so much from you and my fellow CN forum ladies. Please know that I will continue to learn and share what I learn.
You are the bestestestestest !
Curls for life!

Re: CurlyNikki
This is not hair related at all, but...I was wondering how you got to where you are as a psychotherapist? As far as majors go, I guess. I'm extremely interested in psychology (hopefully taking AP Psych next year), but am confused as to how you get into the field (besides getting a masters or ph.d in psych) How did you decide that psychotherapy was right for you? Do you have your own practice? Ahhhhh. Can't believe I'm worried about college already
I didn't know where else to ask you, so I decided to post it here lol

Nikki,
I'm jumping in the convo like double-dutch...
Such a cute baby bump. I like Gia Simone, but I think I may be a little bias on the middle name (wonder why)
12 years, that's it's Imma drop little bit off at your house for the weekend. She may not be a baby baby anymore, but she'll show you what toddlerhood will be like.
Also, she was a breastfed baby for over a year and I'm not part of the IBT gang at all. I learned and IBT can fatten a baby up good.

My boobs are so small (They're bigger now thank God!), I just pray I'll have enough to satisfy baby's appetite, lol.
I am so glad I'm not alone here. I wear a 34 A, but honestly I don't need a bra at all. I've always thought about what will happen when I have kids. I barely have enough for the baby to grab. Smh.
Shut the noise! I wear a 34A, 32B. Girl, I love going without a bra, sounds sleazy I know! But I hate bras, probably because all of mine have underwires and pads and stuff.

Re: CurlyNikki
HIIEEE Nikki!! I just realized you started a thread. I absolutely love what you've done with the place LOL. When I first decided to go natural this was one of the first resources I found. THANKS!!!
Baby names
Hi, I was wondering what you think of Gia Zophia (Zofia or Zoefia - sounds like Sofia) and then you could still call her Zoe for short. I love the Gigi for short because that's my nickname too.
BTW, I'm so new to this that I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO confused as to how to use this forum. It seems that everyone is able to see the pictures and I can't. Do I have to do something in order to see everything? Do I just start commenting randomly on a thread or what? So confused. Is there somewhere I can go to learn how to use this? thanks.

Re: CurlyNikki
karyn,
I got my BS in psychology and a minor in stats. I then went on to get my masters in rehabilitation counseling and psychology. It was a 2 year program and after being supervised by a licensed professional counselor for another two years I became fully licensed to practice. I don't have my own practice... I want one, but probably won't embark on that until we reach our next destination (after hubby graduates). Right now I work for a private agency that has 5 therapists and one psychiatrist. I love the work... I see mostly adult females.

@chrslvsbks, thank you chica! You guys make this forum what it is. I truly appreciate it! Congrats!
@notthecoolmom, yep, 12 years. Sad, I know. Kids intimidate for me some reason. Hopefully my mothering skills will come naturally when baby arrives.
@keisha, lol! I know...it's ridiculous looking.
Thanks eden and keacurls!!!
Zophia is beautiful! I'm trying to remember where I heard it from!
The 'multi quote' function is jacking up pages... the issue should be fixed in the next couple of days.

Re: CurlyNikki
Today was not so productive... I only saw 3 of my 6 scheduled clients, and I hung out at the mall for a couple of hours looking for a dress for my baby shower in STL next weekend. I bought one from Macy's and ended up returning it. Walked out empty handed... I'm going to H&M on Friday.
When I got home I did my hair (a TnC), and finished my latest project:
The one Posh.net sent me (on the right) had huge crystals, and I wanted tiny ones. SO, I bought some swarovski's and did it myself! HUGE, tedious task, but I finished an hour ago Iz happy
I'm off to bed... with dreams of a great hair day tomorrow!
Later Gators,
nik

Re: CurlyNikki
Ugh... Why am I still up?!
I just watched last weeks season premiere of NJ Housewives... Now I'm watching Brandy and Ray J. Baby is kicking up a storm, and I'm hungry again.
Oh, and tia, I need help! I can't fit my hair into the banana clips I bought. What am I doing wrong??

Re: CurlyNikki
@Nikki: My hair is ridiculously thick so I believe that if I can fit my hair in one - anyone can. I had to pull my hair together like I was going to put it in a ponytail, I held it about 3-4inches from the roots and then put the banana clip on. This is the only why I can get it on without popping it.
What time are you going to the mall on Friday?

Re: CurlyNikki
Sure, I get off at 1pm
I was going shopping anyway to pick the Mother's Day gifts. Which mall? It's ridiculous how many we have around here.
BTW, Airport mall has a Carter's that always has clothes on sale. I go there to shop for my godson.
