Folic Acid Empty Folic Acid

I have been taking folic acid (it is a vitamin) and it is supposed to help your hair and nails grow. I do believe that this has contributed to shortening the time that it took for me to transition from relaxed to natural hair. I have continued taking this vitamin and was wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.
