Good News!

My good news is I'm expecting a baby in May 2010. I'm hoping for a boy.

@ luvmeluvmyfro, that is so funny, those sleepless nights are no joke. I have a Three year old and she's been sleeping through the night since she was eight weeks old, thanks to my grandma who came to stay with me until she was a year old. Gotta luv Grandmas huh? Grandma is In Jamaica and will not be coming for this one and I told my hubby that I'm almost temted to go to jamaica for a year or so lol.

Thank you ladies for the congrats, Im excited, nervous, happy, sad all wrapped up in one.

If you wanted it to be then yes. But losing weight cause of stress isn't good. Fight out that stress girl!

I have good news! Both my children made Honor Roll at school. My daughter just made the Varsity Basketball team(the first time she ever tried out for anything) and she was elected team captain! Woooohooooo! She also just performed for the first time today in the school band. She plays percussion.

and tell your kids congrats on the honor roll too! they better get those good grades so they can get to college debt free! the better the grades, the less $ you have to pay lol (but its the TRUTH!)

my good news: i got some very positive feedback at work today! a coworker in my program let me know that she really appreciates what I add to the discussion and that I ask great questions and they show that I am really in tune with whats going on (may not seem like much but I am in an EXTREMELY competitive program and you don't want to be the person that asks the 'stupid' questions lol) - and her coworker asked if I was interested in their department because they think I would be a great fit because of the way I think.... I was on a high after she told me that (but then again, like usual, that may have been the wine lol) - yay for good work news!

Crvn4mr your baby is on a roll!!!!! I played percussion when I was in high school but I was not a b-ball player. I was a cheerleader.

My good news is real simple but its big to me: I was without the internet for 5 days because I had a virus, but I was able to get in clean and fixed at Office Depot for on 100. I didn't really have that money to spare but I thank God it wasn't that much and I did have the money to get it fixed. It is the end of the semester and I have a lot of work to do.

We have to be thankful for the simple things...
