Really? Most people I know who transitioned started to do so because of damage, thinning, breakage, etc. due to relaxers so they didn't have long hair. I didn't personally experience that, but still decided I didn't want to relax my hair anymore. I'm still transitioning so I'm unsure what my length will eventually be like. I got my first relaxer in 7th or 8th grade & my hair was long then. I like having long hair, main reason I haven't BC'd, so ultimately I want to achieve long length once I'm completely natural.

Everyone here is transitioning. Maybe you should post your question in the general forum for those who are already completely natural.
