Growth Promises

From reading so many blogs, vlogs, and research articles I have heard many opinions about products or concoctions that promise growth. Some say that products don't growth hair but proper care maintains length while others swear that the particular product that they are using is the reason why they were able to achieve growth.

I don't believe solely in a product that promises growth; it's a combination of both good maintenance and the PROPERTIES of the INGREDIENTS in the products themselves. If you have a regimen and you stick to it and you introduce a growth product that fails you somehow, you gotta look to the INGREDIENTS. (This is definitely true of those who are protein sensitive and/or allergic to certain things.) Especially since ingredients that assist with growth are listed at the very, VERY bottom of the list (meaning there's very little of it) of MOST products on the market.
