I am a spoken word artist in San Diego, CA. My art is demanding... LOL... BUT I love it... it's who I AM.

Lately I haven't been able to get ideas out and I have grown tired of some of the subjects I write about and decided to take a look inward. A friend of mine recommended this book to me and it has been a great life saver. It's set up like a 12 week creative writing type of course BUT... the things it has you do to get in touch with yourself are wonderful.

I got it on Amazon for $10 used.

Thanks for the heads up about this book. My husband is an actor/singer/writer and I think he could really use this. Is it female oriented? Or could I guy read this too?
