How Often do you henna

I am really trying to figure out how often to do Henna. In reading Curly Nikki's blog she mentioned that she would do it 3 - 4 times a week. Now how were you able to do that if you normally leave it in over night, and I know the amount of time it would take to actually get it out in the morning. I personally would love to be able to do it at least twice a week. Is this a real possibility, or am I wishfully thinking/

I usually henna, every 2 weeks. Here lately, it has only been once a month!

I just started henna'ing last month. I did my last treatment last Thursday, and I think Im going to Henna again next Sunday...so that'll be twice this month. Moving forward, I at least plan to Henna once a month...maybe twice, just because Im sooo anxious to reap the benefits! I can already tell that my hair loves it, so Im going to definitely stay on track with these treatments!

When I first started putting henna in my hair, I would do it every two/three weeks and than I stopped because I ran out of henna. That was almost two months and my hair was getting ridiculous in this winter weather! Once I did a very long henna treatment it was back on track, so far now I'm definitely gonna keep it up once every two/three weeks at least until the winter season is over lol

I henna every two to three weeks. I wish I could do it more my hair LOVES it.

I do it every 4 weeks or so. That's because I do the two step henna indigo process, which is quite time consuming. I'd love to do it more often though as my hair has thrived.
