Anyone tried Renpure? Empty Anyone tried Renpure?

Hi everyone!

I was in RiteAid last night, and of course I had to go to the hair care section... And I saw this funny-shaped red bottle on sale. It was Renpure's "my hair is parched!" moisturizing conditioner. And it's organic... I loved that Behentremonium(sp?) Methosulfate was one of the top 3 ingredients. But I didn't get it because it had silk protein, although I think the protein was towards the end of the ingredient list. They have two more varieties as well, Volumizing and Body & Shine. They all have proteins, but the other two are soy. Have any of you lovely ladies ever tried this? I went ahead and got Giovanni's 50:50 condish since it was also on sale, but now I'm starting to wish I'd gone ahead and taken the risk, it's killing me! I bit the bullet because in Ny they had a free rebate with it. Isued the red one "my pretty hair is parched" I have 3c, 4a/b hair. I use it as a leave in. It doesn't work as a DC though. I think it's the alcohol.

Thank you for posting!! I could always use a new leave-in. I'm assuming it's not so good for detangling?

It's not bad. But I think Giovanni Smooth As Silk does a better job, so I mix 'em.
