My last batch of avocado oil i got this herbal shop by my house they are out and i saw that Vitacost had some witch one is better for the hair though the one that's used for cooking or the one thats used for skin witch would you recommend ?

well whatis in the one for skin? If the one used for cooking is all natural and JUST avocado oil, I'd get that one. Afterall, evoo is for cookin!! Wink

they both all natural on vitacost one is used for cooking the other 1 for skin i'm a bit confused i think im a go for the 1 they usually cook with

I'd go for the one for cooking. The cooking oil company has higher standards to meet. I always choose food grade over cosmetic.

I use Extra virgin olive oil , Castor oil , Avocado oil , coconut oil , jojoba oil so far those at the oils i used and you can research them for your own knowledge but those are really good oils Smile

@ Strawberri, what kind are you using now? The oils Creole listed are all good. I would say you just have to try them to see for yourself cuz what's good for one person's hair may be awful for yours. Trial and error!!! I use all that she listed except Avocado, just haven't tried that one yet but I may some day.

yep@ misskris..
i can't say that enough about trial and error..ugh any ways i am using a africa's best oil..it has a mixture of different oils, but i'm not using just on in particular though~

The food grade oils will never have a change in formula but not all are easily available or affordable e.g. argan oil makes delicious lentils but olive oil is available and cheaper to buy at most groceries.

Africa's Best is popular and inexpensive but just changed its formula.
