What should I do after I take out my micros?

I currently have in micros and they are getting very frizzy and don't seem to last long. I just want to be prepare on how to care for my hair after taking the micros out.

Make sure that you detangle very well prior to washing to avoid matting and tangles.

Wash your hair with Roux porosity control corrector and conditioner to loosen debris, give slip to braids. Keep a spray bottle on hand with 1/3 pc in water to keep hair damp while you take it down. It will help with detangling and slide out debris and shed hair. I have type 4 natural hair and use this product to remove extensions (braids, twists).
