Grow my hair butter?

Anyone tried? I just ordered it and it seems like a good product. It has shea butter in it which I hear is really good. This will be my first time using a product with shea butter Yes I know i'm late on the shea butter wagon lol, but I'm confused about whether I would use it as a sealant or a moisturizer?

Anyone know?

Hi Nessa!!! I just got mine the other day and it smells YUMMY cuz it has mint in it!!! I just assumed that it would be put on the scalp though.
This is what it says on the website :

That is an interesting video. It makes sense. I will probably only use mine on my scalp anyway, maybe to seal. But i have all this other oil to seal so we'll see....

I was reading the main page of curly nikki the other day and it was the post about african american women liking the smell of their hair and it got me thinking because i'm sick of the moisturizer I use lol. I need something that will make my hair smell good as well as keep in the moisture especially for the winter months. I need to change my routine!

If I'm not mistaken it is a moisturizer but because its so heavy it takes time to soak in buuuuuuttttttt I mixed mines with EVOO, jojoba, grapeseed, and alot of tea tree oil and use it for sealing. Between my shea mix and shea moisture curl smoothie I always have people sniffing my hair asking whats in it. And I found that when I seal with the shea mix I dont have to moisturizer for aleast 3 days after.

I use raw shea butter that i whipped my self for the first time last week i mixed it with jojoba oil , olive oil , and coconut oil , i use it as a sealant
when i was using it raw i still use it as a sealant but i don't use any moisturizer product i just wet my hair than saturate it with the shea butter and i also seal my ends with it it's a great sealant but not a moisturizer so don't apply it to your dry hair thats what i've so far learned
