Half Wig Protective Style

Hey guys!! AS winter approaches I am planning on doing another protective style! I want to braid the front and then add a half wig but i dont know any good ones.. preferably a natural cute looking one. You guys know of any? my hair is still in a TWA state.

If that doesnt work im going to braid it into one and add a afro puff pony. Sounds cute??? lol

Those are very pretty!! I love half-wigs for protective styling and never wore one untill I was transitioning..

I wear a half wig as well. In fact it's time to bring Rene' back out!!!

Rochelle...I never thought to wear my half wig like a full wig. Will have to try that real soon! Too cute!!

yes! Adrianna on youtube is a very good source! I wear half wigs and I usually buy them from my local BSS! curly ones are the easiest to blend but most of the time I just brush all of my hair back and then I put the wig on and add a headband to cover where the wig and my hair meet. but definitely visit

there's another lady that really helpful too. search half wigs and she should come up. she's a very pretty plus sized, light skinned lady. i'm so upset i don't remember her name....she shows you how to make your own wigs too.

i just bought Outre half wig Latosha for 19.99 at my local BSS. I love it. I love the curly half wigs. Outre has quiet a few to select from.

i wear a full wig as a protective style right now and at first when i bought it, i thought it was a 1/2 wig but later found it was a full wig anyhow i love it much better than a 1/2 wig and it's a natural hair one and it's human hair so that's always a plus~

ur half wigs are so nice!! In some of the pics i cant even tell where your natural hair and wig starts... are you using a head band to hide it??

I purchase all my wigs from a wig shop here in NYC on the corner of Flatbush & Church ave. They are absolutely patient with me & let me try on endless wigs. They will also corn roll your hair if need be &/or trim the wig to fit your face (all for small fees) if you need them to.

That wig is fierce lol its called the mommy wig i got it last year it didn't look like that when i got it i learned how to style it from this young lady on youtube i love it and thanks :
