WOW...didn't see this posting. I'm blogging now mainly because I have a lot of friends that want to go natural but feel that they can't because..

1) They think its only for younger ladies
2) They don't feel it's professional
3) Just really don't know how to get started, and their minds are filled with a lot of myths about natural hair.

I blog because it is empowering to me. I hope my followers are enjoying my post, but I look at my blog as my journal (wish I had done this when I did my BC).

Plus that are always suprises on my blog!!! LOL The link is in my signature..hope you guys check it out!!

This is AWESOME. I wish I had your help about 2 years ago when my son was applying for college. He is in his second year at LSU. I'm one proud mom I can tell you that. I learned a lot and I'm so ready for my youngest to start applying. My oldest son is attending school on a full ride (2 scholarships combined). It was a lot of work, but if you do it right.....anyone can go to college for free!!

Your blog is very nice...I'm at work right now, but I will make a point to read your topic For Color Men...really interested in that article that you posted. I've had a lot of guys tell me that they just know that the movie is going to bash men, and they haven't seen it or read reviews. I didn't go see the movie last weekend because I had a lot going on, but some way I'm going to see it this weekend.

Thank you! I had fun making it. I really love your blog as well, I remember reading your dream post (without realizing it was a dream at first) and freaking out thinking some woman had messed up your hair! On YT I'm 'TheCurlockHolmes'. Hopefully I'll have some more videos soon!

thank you! I lightly flat ironed to trim it (could have blow dried but I haven't tried it in years and wasn't up for it) and then twisted my hair and pinned it up randomly.

I have a hair blog and a personal one, both listed in my signature. (i co-blog on the hair one and if anyone is interested in giovanni products, we're having a mini giveaway...) Hope you enjoy!

Hey ladies, I will be checking you out! I just finally got a handle on my own over the last week after planning in my head for months. I consider my blog an artsy, active lifestyle blog. Just because you're getting older doesn't mean life has to be less fun.

KNH- Mine is similar to yours but also showing that older doesn't mean you have less fun- oh and it's cool to have to wear glasses. LOL
