I did the BC:)

So after 5 long, hard, tangled months I gathered up the courage to chop it all off. I'm super excited and have gotten heard nothing but good things about my hair today! I have always struggled a bit with self image but I feel better than I ever have today. I want to thank all who helped me, there is so much info on this website and finding this forum definitely help me take the dive into the natural pool. I'm excited to watch my mini fro gro:)

Ok so on May 5th I received my last relaxer and a super cute bob cut

I decided to transition and didn't want to deal with the two textures while at school so my mom installed a wet and wavy sew in(Sorry about the quality)

She cut off more than I hope, but I'm still really happy with it..doesn't really look like 5 months of growth but I hope it flourishes as the months continue. So yeah once again thanks:)

CONGRATS!!!! It looks very nice!!! I notice that when a lot of people BC, it brings out their natural features more!! Enjoy the journey....

Thanks everyone for the nice comments! I'm enjoying the freeness for sure. This is the best I've felt in ages!
