Conditioning Natural Hair
What would be the best method towards conditioning natural hair and not having to wash it out in the mornings since the summer is over?
Re: Conditioning Natural Hair
Why dont you just use a leave in conditioner.

I was told that I should condition it every night and wash it out every morning and then put in the leave in because of my hair texture. So you are saying to leave in the conditioner at night and not wash out and put it in again in the mornings?
Re: Conditioning Natural Hair
Yes you can do that, but I usually try to not manipulate my hair too much. If you dont want to wash the conditioner out, you can just use a creamy leave in conditioner during the nighttime and seal with an oil. And maybe just spritz your hair with a water based moisturizer in the mornings if you find that you need extra moisture
as for products its hard to say because you may not like what I use. I usually use Taliah Wajiid products for my leave in conditioner. And I use aloe vera juice and water for my spritz. I use it throughout the day if I need to (which usually is not the case but I keep it on hand anyway) .

You don't have to do that. You can conditioner and rinse on the same day.

I just realized you are in Raleigh! Yea...gotta stop that because the temp here is dropping fast. I was a little sad that I needed a jacket the other morning.
Re: Conditioning Natural Hair
Lol, Exactly!! Yeah, it's about that time to start searching for my thin jackets.

Target in Brier Creek has some really cute ones. I had to force myself to walk away, lol
Re: Conditioning Natural Hair
IS IT GOOD OR BAD TO USE 2 CONDITIONERS??? I WAS WONDERING BECAUSE I BOUGHT A ALOE VERA CONDITIONER AND SHAMPOO AND EVERYONE IS SAYING THE HERBAL ESSENCES HELLO HYDRATION IS LIKE ONE OF THE MOST GLORYFIED CONDITIONERS OUT THERE TODAY. BTW I HAVE 3C,4A,4B TYPE TEXTURE HAIR.
