PH Balance? Empty PH Balance?

Post by Alana 1st September 2010, 6:31 pm

I hear a lot of talk about using products that are ph balanced. All this is probably brought on by Kimmaytube lol. What is the importance of this? Does it help to retain length and health of the hair? And how does it do that? scratch

I believe ..the Ph of products will either lift the cuticle or help to seal them.
I believe.. lifted cuticles mean a greater tendency for the hair to loose moisture, rub against together and break, plus the hair looks and feels more course and fuzzy.
This is based on what I believe I've read and learned from KimmayTube as well as books like Ultimate Black Hair Growth II by Cathy Howse and GROW IT by Chicoro.
