How often can I henna?

How often can I henna? I'm currently waiting on my first stash. I'm reading about all of the benefits of using henna and I can't wait to see them on my hair. (But I heard that you don't see the results until after the 3rd or 4th use)... So, how often should I henna? Bi-weekly, weekly, bi-monthly...

You can henna as often as you want but watch the dryness levels. Always get your hair back to its normal moisture level before you do another treatment.

Also we are all different. I got a more dramatic result on my 4th treatment but I also happened to switch to a better quality henna and also used coconut milk for the first time then too so I cannot attribute it to the 4th time. It may have been my improved mix.

I read that it is important to do a deep conditioning after a henna to prevent dryness.
