I am SICK....little said, "Mommy, I sick" 3 days ago (teething mostly, but apparently something else too.

Okay, so I can't put it all on her it could be all the coughing and sneezing going on at work. It could be the change in weather. It could be hubby's scratchy throat yesterday, BUT soar throat and body aches have I...so "I sick" I say.

I wore my hat (one I made) today...I made it thru work with ALL my cootieness spreading everywhere. I feel terrible right now, but I MUST do my hair. My scalp is screaming and I have to look semi-presentable for work.

Any suggestions?

havent been here in awhile! u stay sick...lol, dmn and it aint even winter time yet. i know i mainly keep up wit u through ur vid's but i just had to stop pass to check on the pics! ur hair is so thick n full.

love the beret's and ur right, when u sick u just gotta make it work n throw it in somethin quick! chunky twist are the best!!

I put them in, but I don't think it's flattering. It's clean and out the way and not getting tangled, that's all I care about right now. I may do a twist out at the end of the week.

the "ugly" twist gives the BEST results!

@ SWEETDRK1..ok since your forum was locked..i figured I would comment on how GORGEOUS your hair is so soft and the color is HOT!..what color is that?...everybody's hair seems to really be triving and growing and healthy. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but my hair is stays dry and is hard to the touch I'm still trying to find products that agree w/my hair after almost a year since my BC..

So not so sick today, but still tired. I'm trying to get back to taking my vitamins better (as in every day).
Today was another busy day like always. I really want to go to bed now, but I hear a little one calling "Mommy, Mommy" and I'm in charge of night time duty tonight since hubby is trying to get some work done.

I finished another hat today this one took me a while because I would out of commission for a while, but I think it looks nice.

I took the chunky twists out today and it was SO SO better than having them in, but I feel like my hair is dry with all the heat on.

Anyways here are pics

NTCM..OMG..i want all of the hats in all the colors you have..How much are they?..They are all so beautiful

Today was a busy (emotional), but not so busy (actual work done) day. I worked on a hat and a blanket...didn't get my sewing done like I wanted to, but am too tired to press on for a late night.

This is the last hat I finished.


I think I will add a flower to this one, but it can be worn without one.


I really don't want to have to do my hair again tomorrow. I really need to take the time to do smaller twists so they last longer.
