Hello to all. I am new to the site and have natural curly hair. I am looking forward to learn about new hair products, styles, and haircare. I have shoulder length , thick, curly hair. Please share hairstyles i can wear to work beside a bun. I am a dental assitant so i need to wear my hair away from my patients. Has anyone used world of curls, curl activator for extra dry hair? I use it but i am looking for something that does'nt make my hair feel greasy. Any suggestions?

As for style & product ideas, I won't be much help there seeing as I have a TWA and I'm also struggling with finding products that leave my hair moisturized but not greasy lol

hello. i have naturally curly hair. the last time i had a perm was in 94 in h.s. lol...............i also use curls curling creme by vigorol, it is 3.99 where i live in n.y. it smells good, but after a couple days your hair will have white stuff in it. i use it twice a week. so what made you become natural?

Welcome naturally curly. I replied to your PM but can answer a few questions after reading your intro.

I recently BC after a very long transition and remain consistent with my simple regimen. I cowash weekly with sulfate-free, low-cones conditioners like HETT and moisturize with Curls' Curl Souffle and seal with either castor oil or my whipped unrefined shea butter. Throughout the week I moisturize with my spritz of water, conditioner, EOs and COs and seal with jojoba oil. I find castor oil to provide my strands with the greatest amount of moisture because it is a heavier oil.
