Blair Underwood Presents Cassenegra

This series is soooo good my Mom gave me this book a couple of years ago and I was pleasantly surprised at how good this book was and recently I found out that there are two more books in the series ! The books are presented by Blair Underwood I belive he contributes ideas and they are written by Tananarive Due and Stephen Barnes who are married and let me tell you they can write these books are page turners and you can really imagine them being a Film which is their intention I hope these books make it to the screen one day ! However I don't know if Blair would be the best choice for the hero Tennyson he really wants to be though sorry Blair lol I think Idris would be great for that role !

Idris would be a GREAT Tennyson! I don't know if you've read Tananarive Due's books but I love them all! I would love to see some of her work go to the big screen too!

Hey Mzbush ! Yes that dreamy piece of hot chocolate Idris playing Tennyson I'd be the first in line to see that movie ! I love Octavia Butler and while I was looking on amazon.com to order one of her books I came across Tananarive Due's work and someone else recommended her books on this site too !

So far I have read "My Soul to Keep" and the sequels "The living Blood " and Blood Colony" really excellent books steamy, suspenceful, well written . I can not wait for the next in that series. I am going to read " The In Between" next . I just remembered I heard that Blair Underwood wanted to make the movie My Soul To Keep but it got tied up in some production company . What is your favorite book by her ?

I was SO excited about My Soul To Keep coming to big screen so of course I was disappointed when it didn't happen. Blaire may have done well as David but not as Tennyson. Idris all the way!! The In Between and Freedom in the Family are the only two that I haven't read yet. I think I'll read The In Between next too. Honestly, they are all good but something about the Good House is so spooky. I just love it! I think that is my favorite. I've been reading Walter Mosely books here and there and I think I'm going to read Brendan Massey books next but I don't think anybody can top Tananarive. She is by far my favorite.

Thanks for mentioning Massey And Walter Moseley I have heard of both authors but have not read any of their work that I remember . I'll look out for the good house too it sounds good ! have you read any Colin Channer allthough he is not a sci fi author his book "Waiting In Vain" is one of the best books I've read as well the way he writes about relationships and love is awesome ! And I have to say that Tananrive is now one of my favorite authors now too !

Okay, you don't know how you have just made my day! I am so excited! I am going to check out Colin Channer too! My elementary school sweetheart and I reconnected after 20 years and just had our first son so I'm loving love these days! lol Good looking out!

Glad to share the news ! Have you ever heard of vook ? Well from Cape town with Love is now available in this video book format vook and it seems really cool.
