Carol's Daughters Loc Butter
I was doing a little research about twist outs on youtube and found out that many natural women use CD's loc butter. I looked it up and it has lots of good and organic ingredients.
I would like to know how you ladies feel about the product.
and if its really any good?

Well, I have the loc butter and I have mixed feelings about it and I too heard about it on youtube. I think I may have used to much because my hair was kinda greasy, and I am not crazy about the citrus smell. I will try it again maybe with another product. Did u buy it, or were u just thinking about it?

I've used it. I probably won't repurchase it unless I find another way to use it. It provides sheen, which is good but the Healthy Hair Butter works so much better for me.

Re: Carol's Daughters Loc Butter
I have Loc Butter and I'm not 100% sure I'd purchase it again but that's only because I like a mix of conditioner, shea butter, and leave in for my twists and it doesn't leave my hair as greasy as with the loc butter. To give the Loc Butter credit, I will say that I think I added too much to my hair before twisting because I use it on my daughters hair and it doesn't come out as greasy.

I think the hair butter does everything the loc butter is supposed to do. Although it seems there is more beeswax in the loc butter. I never had buildup with the hair butter but I did with the loc butter.
