Homemade with Shea...

Hi guys...

I just wanted to spotlight Homemade with Shea for their excellent customer service. I place an order with them last week but I had not received any shipping information. I sent an email to inquire about it. Within hours, I received a response that there was a delay in shipping and for my inconvenience, my order will be upgraded from 2oz to 8oz of their whipped shea butter! I got my sample this week.

now THATS what im talkin bout. totally unexpected. im really big on customer service and that was indeed it. now they gained a loyal customer.
