White Girl Uses Blue Magic to Tame Curls
This video was too cute. She is trying to tame her "curls" by using this blue magic. She describes her hair as being course, frizzy and curly.
Her hair would have looked alot better if she used some Jane Carters or even left some condish in. Hey, she tried and she is experimenting just like the rest of us curlies!

Wow...I can't imagine how heavy that stuff felt in her hair.

It had to feel heavy. My hubby ran out of shampoo once and all I had was the Pantene for naturals in that bronzy, brown container. I figured since my hair did not feel a difference then it would be fine for him. Uuum no! He looked like he put vasoline in his hair and it took forever to wash out.

Too funny! Actually, time and again while growing up and trolling the "ethnic hair" sections at the drug stores, I would see a white person buy something every now and then from that section - be it Cream of Nature Shampoo, plain ole grease or relaxers (usually the 4a/3c Jewish women).
Her hair didn't look too bad, but I'm sure it felt icky.

especially funny how she keeps calling it "this stuff" lol. i don't think she would like jane carter b/c she doesn't seem to want her hair to look curly, she seems to prefer the more stretched out look, even if it is weighed down...

Oh is it just me then? I had to stop the video after 11 seconds because I couldn't stand her 'baby voice'.

I read the comments section and she said that stylist have told her that her hair is course like African American hair. Hmm....I think this may not be too accurate. Well, she tried.

I seen the " epic fail" coming. I couldn't watch the whole video. I am glad someone commented with valuable sites.

I've a Polish friend who uses Dax. I haven't conjured up the courage to ask how she's using it. I couldn't help notice the opened-damn near empty container on her bathroom sink! Heck, I've NEVER used Dax, Murray's or any of that. Even more shocking was the fact that of all the hair care products, the most obsolete ish is sold here but a sister cannot find cocoa or shea butter AT. ALL.

Not just you.
I was curious but don't think I even made it to the 11 second mark....
I'm not really surprised at her using hair grease though.
The only problem is that a lot of times, people who aren't familiar with how to use grease will apply 3/4th of the jar like it's conditioner then don't know why they can't get it out of their hair.
