Anyone else feel this way? Or is it just me...

I feel like my stretched hair is way easier to keep moisturized, I don't know why or the reasoning, but it seems that it is.

Hmmm,

never thought about it that way.

But I must admit,
once I learned the right moisturizer for my hair
and how to 'stretch' it with different techniques,
my hair IS easier to manage/handle
AND I don't use as much product as I once did.

You have a point...

It is for me bc my shrunken hair is packed so tight it's hard to get moisturizer inside and it's easy to miss chunks of it, making it easier to dry out. Stretched out it's easier to get moisturizer everywhere, whether it be a spritz or creamy moisturizer

I understand what you mean I am still having problems with keeping my hair moisturized I think that it does make a difference.

hmm i think i agree. Once since i've been natural, I straighten my hair. Yes I straightened it and it reverted back no heat damage! And I noticed that when I washed my hair the week that it was straightened, there was less shedding. Now I know there is a difference between stretched hair and straightened hair. But I do feel that when you stretch your hair, and loosen out the pattern to show your length, It perhaps is better in keeping your hair moisturized.

I agree with you all, I guess by elongating the curls, it makes it easier to moisturize. Now that I know how, I just need to find a moisturizer that works. My hair is so picky, I swear nothing works haha!
